Elementary Program Lead

Join our team and make a difference! As a Program Lead, you'll support our school programming, serving 40-50 children daily. You'll collaborate with lead staff to plan activities, supervise participants, and create a positive, safe environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about youth development, skilled at building relationships with children and families, and committed to fostering a welcoming space for all.
