Older Adults
Supporting older adults year-round through health, education, and a sense of belonging.
The Older Adult Program is dedicated to supporting older adults, recognizing that many participants face significant loneliness. To foster connection and a sense of belonging, we offer a variety of social and community-building opportunities, including weekly community meals, monthly breakfast outings, planned morning walks, and monthly field trips to exciting locations such as music concerts, museums, the zoo, and more.

Senior Breakfast
Every third Thursday of the month from 9:00 - 11:00 AM
BLW hosts a monthly Senior Breakfast, providing a warm and welcoming opportunity for older adults to connect and enjoy a meal together. These gatherings are a fun way for seniors to get out of the house and spend quality time with one another.

Knitting and Social
Every other Tuesday from 1:00 - 3:00 PM
Knitting and crocheting with others is a great way to make conversation, engage with people from the community, and even make a friend! This can be a great place to enjoy having coffee or snacks while knitting and talking about important life topics.
